Another winter scene of London.  Painted from the Embankment by the Savoy Hotel looking into the dazzling light bouncing off the water. Showing the view along the River Thames past Hungerford Bridge to Westminster.  The inclined walkway of Savoy Pier is in the foreground, Big Ben (St Stephen's clocktower) and Victoria Tower can be seen in the far distance.
